We started by removing a load-bearing wall to open up the kitchen and create a seamless, airy connection to the living room. To flood the space with natural light (and give their growing family easy access to the outdoors), we replaced two small windows with a sleek sliding glass door.

The details brought this kitchen to life: a custom range hood, recess lighting throughout and a massive 10-foot island, built two cabinets deep for plenty of storage and topped with quartz countertops.
